Rewind Marelli Breva ceiling fan

I started to rewind a Breva ceiling fan motor.

These are the first steps, making shaping molds for coils .
The mold is mica plastic and laser cut

The cost of making these 8 mica molds is high, but in return, each time I work I will get 8 coils.

Rewind the field coil

Everything is wrapped in two layers of fabric, the innermost layer is glass fabric to increase insulation, the outermost layer is cotton fabric

All coils are in their correct positions.
I will bathe this rotor in electric vane varnish

I have completed the restoration, all is perfect.

The parameters of speed, temperature, and capacity are standard.
