Help with diagnostic on Westinghouse fan.

Thanks for any help. I just thought I finished the Westinghouse 16-F-3. I turned it on and nothing. No hum nothing. I checked and the power is running to the switch, and to the coil. The head is a three wire head. The colors are red, green and yellow. I wired it as it was. The yellow was the neutral, and the green and red were from the coil. I have a damaged cage one of these and if its the coil or head I can replace it. But I would like to see if it is wired wrong or what the issue is. Thanks for any help. Also if anyone has a Wiring diagram for this model I would appreciate it. DSC09995.thumb.JPG.cfca3e45902ccc66e24d0a915d755529.JPG

Did you check the capacitor?

Thanks for the help. I figured it out. The Neutral wire broke after I put the fan together in the head. It showed good when I was soldering it in but must have broken when packing it in. Its running fine now.
