   I'm not at all certain about this item found in the hard drive, but suspect attribution should be given to..... Mike Kearns possibly? Maybe it was an eBay attachment... My acquisition of it is dated 5 Aug 2021...

On the base you can see  ___________ Fan Co.    What fan company would that be?  Unfortunately I don't have a full picture of the base.

If you can get better pictures of that fan head, pedestal, and base, that would be nice. I found a pedestal with that very same Moline fan head on it 1/2 hour from home in the past. the problem was the pedestal was without a doubt homemade. 

That cast blade design moves an incredible amount of air. Typically, they are found with centrifugal start 1/4 HP motor.
