Front oscillator R&M cap?

Just noticed this Colonial front oscillator has an R&M bearing cap on it. Think someone just needed a cap and an RM fit????

 Looks like they pinned an extra tag on the base neck while they were at it. What's that extra neck tag have to say ??

It looks like a company owner tag. “Sackett Mine Supply Co”. Here’s a pic from a video Marc shred of it on a FB page.

Definitely not original bearing cover but if it was near a mine they likely scrounged that cap off of another fan to keep grit from getting into the bearing. If I recall they never had a cover on the rear bearing.

Any thoughts on the value as it sits? Wrong cage obviously. Well I assume right? Should be brass?
