Floor fan experts

Hello,

I know nothing about floor fans but thought this one looked cool at a local auction. I've been outbid at 20$. Does anyone know the year this was made? I can't seem to find any good info on it on this forum or the old.

Thanks!

no high values, I like them AKA "Hassock" fans

I have 4, an R&M, 2 Emersons (1962-1952) and a DIehl Wood model

TRISTAN I WOULD SAY YOURS WAS FROM THE 1950'S. THEY STILL MAKE AN AIR KING VERSION WHICH OVER THE YEARS WAS SOLD AS A FRESHNDAIRE, THEN SEARS/KENMORE TOASTMASTER, LASKO AND AIR KING TO NAME A FEW. THEY ARE STILL USED IN INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS. I HAVE HAD A BUNCH OVER THE YEARS, THEY TAKE UP A LOT OF SPACE IN STORAGE. I LIKE HAVING ONE NEXT TO THE SOFA AS THEY ARE QUIET RUNNING. A "SMALL " 10" VERSION IS NICE IN THE KNEEHOLE UNDER A DESK SO YOU ARE COLLED WHEN YOU SIT BUT NOTHING ON THE DESK IS DISTURBED
