If I even had the thought to try and make something like that from the ground up, I would have laid down until the thought went away to save myself the frustration. "Pirulito Mago" which is Portuguese for Lollipop Wizard or "Sucette Le Sorcier" French for Lollipop Sorcerer/Wizard.....seem appropriate.
