Vic Valencheck
This Eskimo 1003 R circa in the 40's made by Bersted Manufacturing was setting on the shelf for a while. Thought I'd give it some loving. It's a one speed stationary. It has an Aluminum blade and chrome plated steel cage. The motor sets on a cast iron base. The blade is missing the hub. If anyone has one let me know. I'd didn't care for the drab brown so I gave it some color. It runs CCW fairly quiet and smooth.
Dave McManaman
Nice job Vic. Love the color. My brother had me get one of these for him when I first started collecting, to give his daughter as a gift. I cleaned it up but left the paint as it was. Really wishing I'd have done something like this!

Could my fan be from the early 40's?

Russ Huber
I have an early bird 16" oscillator waiting for your skill set, Vic. I respected it enough based on its mechanical condition to have new chrome plate applied on the bullet. Fact Jack. 🙂 Edited February 24, 2022 by Russ Huber
