Steve Rockwell Posted September 1, 2022 Author Share Posted September 1, 2022 Big hole in the various biographies between school, marriage 1876 at Galesburg IL (a town founded by Western NewYorkers, and home of Knox College) age nearly twenty-three, and Edison in Manhattan whether 1880 or 1881-- roughly twenty-seven years of age... What brought him to Illinois, was all his collegiate work done in Rochester or merely the chemistry (his special interest), precisely how did he connect with Edison?
